How do you take payment?

There is a card machine to use, and cash is also accepted. So whatever is most convenient for you!

Do you have parking?

Gorgeous by Gemma is located in Ifold, West Sussex and there is plenty of parking on my driveway so please feel free to park wherever you'd like! 

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online using the "book now" button on the home page, or you can contact me directly to book your appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour notice period for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows Gorgeous by Gemma to run smoothly and efficiently. 

What about aftercare for my treatments?

All aftercare instructions will be provided to you after your appointment. However, if you have any questions before your treatment, please feel free to ask.

Do I need a patch test?

To ensure for your safety and best results, for any lifting or tinting services a patch test is required 24hrs before your treatment.
